The bike itself is of fair quality. There are some rough spots in the paint, and there are places near the top of the forks where the polishing before chrome was inadequate. The bosses for the disc brake caliper won't allow half the brake pad to contact the disc and will not allow adjustment to compensate for chain tension.
Shipping was incredibly quick. Bike was packaged securely and safely. Assembly was a short and fun process. The first 3 rides have been a blast. For the record, Im 64, 230 lbs, and the bike is an excellent fit. I anticipate replacing the seat, but that is due to my large behind and not a fault of the manufacturer.
I love this bike Im 511 280 lbs. and this bike makes me look and feel like a kid.
I used the bicycle for a custom e-bike build, I really like the quality. Yes, I had to adjust the calipers and tighten the neck and a few other things but nothing came bent or broken. It is a heavy frame but that's to my benefit. Just keep that in mind if you're planning to keep it regular and have to deal with hills. As a beach cruiser it would be amazing I'm sure. I wish I could just by the frame in future, it is a pricey complete bike.
Really nice bike, easy to put together.
