Order Processing
At Micargi, we aim to process all orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed during weekdays are typically shipped within 48 hours. However, please keep in mind that oversized items or electric bikes may require additional processing time due to their size and complexity. Should you require a more accurate delivery estimate, feel free to reach out to us via phone or email, and our customer service team will assist you in confirming your delivery timeframe.

 

During periods of high demand, such as special promotions or seasonal sales, please be aware that order processing may take up to an additional 5 business days before shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping to the 48 U.S. States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii):

  • For orders under $80, a flat shipping fee of $10 will apply.

  • Orders of $80 or more are eligible for free shipping within the continental U.S.

International Shipping
Yes, we do offer international shipping! Whether you’re located in Europe, Asia, or anywhere else across the globe, we can get our products to you. However, shipping costs for international orders will vary depending on the destination country and region.

Our team will work with you to determine if we can ship to your location and provide you with an accurate shipping quote. Please note that international orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional charges depending on the destination country.

 

Note Regarding Delays and Cancellations:
Occasionally, some orders may be delayed or canceled due to factors such as high demand, back-ordered items, or stock shortages. If an item is unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email. In such cases, we will remove the out-of-stock item(s) from your order and ship the remaining items. You will not be charged for any canceled or out-of-stock items, and we will send you an email confirmation of these changes.

 

While we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, incorrect or incomplete address information, or disruptions in shipping carrier services. We recommend double-checking all details at checkout to ensure timely processing.

 

Sales Tax
For shipments within California or other applicable states, we are required by law to apply the appropriate sales tax to your order. This tax will be added during the checkout process. Please review your final total before completing the purchase.

Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for additional shipping fees including but not limited to redelivery fee, storage fees, order cancellation fees, and rerouting fee.
